(شركة نافل ناهز العتيبي) ("we", "us", the "Service Provider") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the YT Waity mobile application and related services (the "Application"). Nafel Nahez Al-Otaibi Co. (شركة نافل ناهز العتيبي) is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
We collect the following categories of personal data:
Account data: your name, mobile phone number, email address, profile photo, and the password or one-time code used to sign in.
Order & delivery data: delivery addresses, the precise location you select for a delivery, order history, and order amounts.
Payment data: payments are processed by our payment partners; we receive the transaction result and a reference, not your full card number.
Device & technical data: device model, operating system, app version, push-notification token, and diagnostic / crash logs.
Support data: the content of messages you send us and records of your communications with support.
We use your personal data to:
Create and manage your account and verify your identity;
Provide the core service — matching, dispatching, tracking, and completing delivery orders;
Process payments;
Send you order updates, notifications, and important service messages;
Provide customer support and resolve disputes;
Maintain safety and security, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms;
Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations;
Improve the reliability and quality of the Application.
We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and — where required — on the basis of your consent (for example, device location and push notifications, which you can withdraw at any time in your device settings).
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to operate the service:
Between customers and drivers: the limited information needed to complete a delivery (such as name, contact, and live location during the order).
Service providers / processors: payment gateways, cloud hosting, SMS/OTP providers, push-notification and real-time tracking providers, who process data on our behalf under contract.
Legal authorities: when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. For legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes we retain certain order and payment records — in line with applicable Saudi regulations, financial records may be kept for up to 10 years — after which they are deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account directly in the app (Profile / Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing support@ytapp.app. We will verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may be retained as described in the Data Retention section.
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit using HTTPS, access controls, and secure storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the authorities of any breach as required by law.
The Application is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 years old to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
The Application relies on third-party services that may process limited data under their own privacy policies, including our payment partners.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page. Continued use of the Application after an update means you accept the revised policy.
