This page explains how you can request deletion of your YT Waity account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request account deletion

You can delete your account in either of the following ways:

1. From inside the app (recommended): Open the YT Waity app → go to Profile / Settings → tap Delete Account → confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
2. By email: Send a message from your registered email address to support@ytapp.app with the subject “Delete My Account”, including the phone number registered on your account. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Once your request is processed, we permanently remove your personal data, including:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your profile photo and saved delivery addresses
• Your login sessions and authentication tokens
• Your device push-notification tokens

What data is kept, and for how long

For legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention reasons, we are required to retain certain records related to completed orders and payments (such as order amounts, invoices, and payment transactions). These records are kept in line with applicable Saudi regulations — financial records for up to 10 years — after which they are deleted or irreversibly anonymized so they can no longer be linked to you.

You cannot delete your account while you have an order in progress; please wait until any active order is completed or cancelled before requesting deletion.
